Integrated — And sustainable!

Dott’s e-scooters service is changing how we see— and move around —  the world!

By integrating their internal systems with Google Maps, they have made their products and services available to travelers right on their mobile devices!

The screen-shot on the right-hand side was taken directly from my mobile phone. By simply entering a starting point and destination in Google Maps, and then using its Directions feature, I was able to select the  Dott  option to locate an e-scooter within a two-minute walk of my location.

I don’t need to find this supplier’s website. They found me!

This demonstrates the power of a strategic integration approach.
